Banked with them for almost 20 years and no issues so far. Fine job.
Bank Mutual is by far the worst bank I've ever banked at. You try to purchase something from overseas--Bank Mutual immediately blocks your account. Then, after hours, as you're trying to remedy the situation, there's no 24-hour assistance available. I guess I now know why their initials are "BM".
