Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and took care of my problem and gave good advise on how to prevent problems in the future. Best podiatrist I've ever been to, and very efficient office. I was seen right away, the staff was very nice. Highly recommended.
Six months prior to seeing Dr Banks, another Podiatrist could not diagnose my foot pain after x-rays & an MRI. My foot pain grew increasingly worse. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Banks who not only diagnosed my problem immediately, but acted quickly to treat the problem. He even returned an 8:00pm call to answer concerns I was having, gave me advice, then called back an hour later to see how I was doing. Within three weeks after treatment, my feet were pain-free. I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Bank. He was very concerned and helpful and gave me great advice.
I do not like doctors, especially those that don’t bother to look at you in the eye when explaining any needed procedure. I found Dr. Bank caring and does not hesitate to go beyond with any concerns you might have. As for his staff, they were very accommodating and got me an appointment right away.
Staff are NOT true professionals. Was told to arrive at my appointment 15 min early, which I did and the office was closed. They did not arrive until after my appointment time. No apology. They told me and my insurance on a recorded line that they are in network, which they're not. Had to pay in full instead of copay. Gave runaround and avoided calls. BE CAREFUL with this one!!!
I went to Dr. Bank as a second opinion and before that I search a lot for 5 star Dr. and I found him, so happy to went there excellent Dr. And staff.
Excellent service from start to finish! I arrived early for my appointment. The staff was very nice as soon as I entered the waiting room. I didn't have to wait long in either the waiting room or the exam room to see Dr. Bank. The staff and Dr. Bank are top notch!
Dr Bank and his staff are very professional, warm, committed and loyal. It is a pleasure going to his office (even if he is a doctor) to be greeted by a gracious person and the same for Dr Bank. Have gone to him for years and would highly recommend him to friends and family. In fact, I have done so.
Dr. Bank and his staff are excellent to work with. I came to his office for a second opinion and I decided to have him perform my bunion surgery. Dr. Bank is very informative, walking me through the surgery process and providing excellent bedside manner post surgery. The staff was continually helpful with scheduling and helping me navigate the disability process. I strongly recommend going to Dr. Bank.
