Professional team members with good customer service. Scheduling early intallation during busy hours can be tricky but that what is understandable. overall good experience doing business with the team.
All in all the installation experience was good. Very clean, timely and professional work. But I would echo the previous review sentiment. I wouldn't want repeated calls for review and checks. If I have an issue, I'd reach out. Thanks.
Great experience having Bangar install our battery, it took a week from getting a quote to finish installing. Our friend quoted from a different company and is still waiting for their battery to be installed whereas ours got done in a week time. They worked through the Christmas period to get everything sorted and done. Cannot fault their communication service, always get back to our questions promptly and explained everything clearly. We heard about Datta and his team through a friend who had work done. The quote was quick, easy and stress free and they were able to give us a very decent price - including the government rebate that was just about to end on batteries! On the day, Datta and his team were super respectful and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never here. Professional service and he also set up and explained the app as well.
