The owners should've listened... . . 🤣 Unfortunately, this location is owned and operated by franchisees who care very little for the true nature, quality and prestige of the B&O brand and namesake... Very unfortunate. Need your products serviced??? Get in touch with Chris at Pyramid Audio. He is a master of all things A/V and the *only* service center in the Southwest. People from all over the country trust his expertise.
Amazing experience The manager super nice, she went beyond my expectations. I'm very happy with this store and their management!!!
I love this place they will always jam with you and they help me with their discontinued products. They will service anything for a price and will almost have all cables for previous systems.
