The animal hospital NEVER can see my sick pet. This is the worst service oriented place I have ever had to deal with. W what kind of establishment asks for more money to end a contract when there is never any Doctor available to treat a sick patient. I was told twice to go elsewhere, so why am I paying them? They don't care about their patients and I think it is horrible to ask me to keep my end of the contract by paying when they don't keep their end of the contract by seeing my sick dog.
