Maybe some white people theyre nice and getting a good services unlike my experienced, the manager is rude and theyre just want you to spend money but they did not do their job not only that, if your schedule is 7:00 and you will be there before 7:00am and they will ask you to wait for 30 mnts because the vet doctor is not there ... after waiting they will ask you to wait for another 30 mnts... and another 30 mnts fir another excuses... How sweet is this? My baby boy came home from his first teeth cleaning with a Certificate of Bravery! ❤️ We’ve been at Banfield since our last dog was a puppy. I love that they always call to check on your pet the day following even a routine check up! Does YOUR doc do that?!? And, when our last dog passed away, they could not have been more kind or compassionate to us. ❤️ The docs and staff have changed over the years, but they’ve all been great! 😀
