Other than an occassional longer than expected wait time, the service here is great! The staff is very pleasant and inviting. My visits are usually quick and except for medication (discounted because I have the wellness plan), I rarely have an out of pocket expense as all of our visits are covered by the Wellness plan. Even her spaying was included. The microchip was extra, but well worth the investment of less than $40. I am very pleased with Banfield Hospital of Wesley Chapel.

Just an FYI Banfield animal hospital out of Petsmart in Wesley Chapel is a over priced joke. The girl at the front desk told us one thing then did another. After speaking with the Petsmart manager and assuming something was going to be done I was then transferred to the Banfield manager who is the worst person I have ever had to deal with on a customer service level. This woman if you can call her that continued to talk over me instead of listening to the issue at hand and then proceeded to hang up on me. This all being said... read more
Banfield Wesley Chapel always provides our dogs with the highest quality care. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. This team is dedicated and professional. We take comfort in knowing the staff loves our pets as much as we do. Bubba and Nora love Dr. Y and the Banfield staff.
