They refused to accept my cat last night at 6pm. I called letting them know that we had an emergency and he’s been seeing a vet there. The lady who answered the phone was rude, unsympathetic and just plain mean. She told me I couldn’t bring him in. Their policy is to accept emergencies over appointments. It’s on a sign right by their check-in station. Clearly a lie. My cat died last night after we had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest 24hr vet clinic in Tampa. Be professional. how is possible that you cancel appointments to do space for other customers. be responsible
They were ok until they robbed me 2 months supply of trifexis. They had put extra trifexis (with a different name to trick me ) on my receipt but only got one instead of 2 and did it twice.I never notice it because stupid me never checked the receipts. I just figured out until I asked for the remaining 2 months of trifexis. I had a bad argument with the clerk about it and I felt stupid because I was arguing in front of everybody. It was pretty embarrassing. I will never go back there again.
My pet had a biopsy done a week and a half ago to see if my pet has cancer or a benign tumor or cyst, the vet only calls me at 7pm on my 2ndry contact phone line and then Banfield turns their phone lines off! Please note I have given them my primary number each time I have called. Today I had almost 30 minutes on hold and I spoke with a very unempathetic vet tech today who just kept saying uh huh okay, and you could completely tell they were disengaged in our conversation and couldn't care less! I have changed to another vet... read more
Switched to this location from Spring Hill as we moved to Zephyrhills. Couldn't be happier with the service and love Dr. Kren!
