Some of the employees at the Wesley Chapel Banfield are wonderful people and are very caring for your pets. However I have had varying care depending upon which veterinarian saw my pet. the corporate wellness plan is not what they claim it will be. If you cancel your plan you have to pay for all services in full with no discount in addition to all premiums paid

I had gone to another veterinarian for an emergency. They racked up the bill and didn’t give the right medications. I called banfield and they were honest, open, and gave suggestions about how to manage costs. My 6 year old shepherd started having horrible diarrhea and wouldn’t eat and after reviewing everything they immediately decided to keep him for fluids and medications with an x Ray. For the cost of what I paid the first vet, I got all of that. I signed up for an optimum wellness plan and I won’t ever take him anywhere... read more
Great service and friendly people. Reasonable prices for plans that include so much. Wouldn't choose anywhere else honestly. Plus petsmart is right there for anything you need add food and other items for your pets. AWESOME!!

Terrible leadership at this location. They treat their employees and clients like crap. Held my dog hostage until I agreed to pay a much higher price than I was originally quoted at time of drop off for his visit. Cannot fell enough people about how they should not waste their time or money here. Quail Animal Hospital is across the street, cheaper and has much better reviews. Sadly I learned that lesson too late. DONT DO IT!!
