The waiting is horrible. You have to wait more than an hour to get your pet seen by a technician and then more for the veterinarian. Everything else is ok. My last visit I was there at 2:07 and my appointment was at 2:30 and finally my dog was seeing by the veterinarian at 3:46 For just vaccines! I don't know but I think is to much and is not the first time I have to wait so much.
The doctors/staff give excellent care to our pets.
