Awesome staff, wonderful care. Have been taking Murray to Banfield since he was 4 months old, he's now 9 1/2 years old.
I have two dogs that are special when it comes to going to the vet, one is 175lbs [extra cost when it comes to meds and any surgical treatment] and a senior at 14+ years old. The staff has always been great even when emergency visit was necessary and yes sometimes the wait for unscheduled visits can be long but when it is time to pay I love the cost.
Silky (English Springer Spaniel) had sort of an emergency - a problem with her nails, and when I called, they said to come right down. The problem was taken care of very well. A sign-in sheet would have been a good idea, but all worked out well.
They take good care of my puppy when i come there great service friendly nurses and doctor.
Dr Edwards and dr Rhinesmith were very compassionate regarding our dog and removing several tumors. I refer everyone to them just because we've had such great care. And the front staff are awesome especially Corie.
Very nice place. Zoey's Doctor Braxton is very nice and very patient. She always call and check up on her after her appointment. Would not change anything. The staff is very professional.
Very nice and professional staff. Guided me through the whole dental cleaning process. Veterinarians are never cheap, but I feel my dogs always are safe here and checkups are thorough. Client for over 3 years now.
