RecommendedFriendly staff, great experience! They took wonderful care of my new puppy on his first visit🐾💙🐾
The Staff was pretty good considering. The management insist that customers have to wait outside in 90 degrees. 30 minutes to drop him off for his appointment then another 40 minutes to pick him up after they called & told me he was ready. At least they brought out water for the dogs but not for the humans.
Staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional! I would even venture to say they have racial issues here! Bobby not only talk to me like I was less than human on my first experience when making my appointment oh, the very next day which is today she was even worse to the point I had to just cancel my appointment. I've never seen anything like this Behavior! I cannot imagine them caring for my pet as a matter of fact I wouldn't even trust them with how rude she was. This is Berlin’s second Appt and all was well. He got his semi annual check up plus dental cleaning. Great place, the Dr came out spoke with me to let me know his dental cleaning went well and he’s in great condition
I love this vet hospital they really have compassion and they are very friendly I love the staff......the Team Lead yesterday I didn't catch her name she was really rude to one of the other receptionist and it made me uncomfortable but other than that everything else is good
