I would not recommend Banfield to anyone. This morning my 17 year old cat started bleeding profusely (blood clots) from her rectum. I called Banfield (my cat was seen there previously). They told me that they could only get her in at 5:00 pm. I then called a vet who my cat has never seen before. They immediately got her in. She was euthanized at noon today, and is no longer suffering.
Great doctors, excellent about care for the pets and always super friendly.
