Banfield is WONDERFUL! The staff is amazing, and my dogs love each and every one of them. The Vets are great at listening to you and explaining treatment options. The people at Banfield truly love what they do, and it shows. They always follow up the next day to check on my fur babies, and are extremely helpful.
The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital in Tyler TX is great. Our cat is greeted and treated kindly. The veterinarian explains things clearly in a no nonsense way. We are very happy with this place.
We have been with Banfield for YEARS always on their pet care program and the convenience of being able to drop of our animals and pick them back up when they were ready. Banfields doctors change frequently and the one doctor that I loved left and went back to practice in the Dallas area. Currently the Dr. on staff (Bathina) has seen my dog a few times.
