RecommendedSuch a kind and caring staff! Made my boy feel better about his appointment! They helped me get my him inside of their office after I struggled with him refusing to come in. Their kindness and patience eventually got him inside where he received excellent care for his ears!

New to Tyler, had an emergency where my dog nearly died, we took him to our regular vet to recover and he was put on a prescription diet from there. I don’t have a lot of time to run errands between shifts, and didn’t realize the enormous pain it was to get this dog food from them. They forced me to call my vet in front of her to prove I needed that food. They put me and the my dog in the system, fast forward to the midst of the lock down. It’s sometimes hard to pet your beloved rescue cat when they are shaking from neurological tremors after being given Convenia. She is now deaf and vet just kept saying “that’s my go to injection”. She went in with fever and came out with severe tremors, walking in circles and debilitated. When I called Zoetis they said they needed the vet to call them and report adverse reactions but she won’t bc it’s her go to injection and neurological symptoms aren’t common. #1 not true and #2 my cat was younger than the recommended dose.... read more
I absolutely love this place! they have the best doctors, bet techs, and front desk!! They are always friendly and very knowledgeable and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need like some other places do. And they always take time to answer my questions and make sure that I understand everything they are saying, plus one of the techs even helped me with getting in touch with a rescue to help with a kitten found and her needs after being attacked by I don't even know what before I found her! The staff and doctors are the best. They went ABOVE ALL for us. They saved my sons cat. He had to have surgery and they helped us with a foundation that we got approved for to help with the bill. THANK YOU DR. HONE FROM THE BOTTOMS OF OURS HEARTS!!!😪😁
