I have only had good experiences when taking my dog Salli for care! The staff is friendly and courteous and my dog seems relaxed with the care and that is definitely proof to me that this office is the best!
Great place. Took my Princess here and the staff was terrific. Dr. Farrell is a wonderful vet.
They are all about money and your pet is just a number. I pay a monthly fee of $40 for my puppy which increased because I added a heartworm pill and decided to change it and they said I couldn’t once I’ve picked. I had him neutered last week and a small hernia fixed and asked for a nail trim, which they have never charged for before and on top of the $170 hernia bill they charged me $14 for a trim. Sunday 3/ 18 I had to take my sweet cat Lugnut there to be put to sleep. They took such wonderful care of him and us, making sure that we had enough time. They never rushed us and the 3 ladies we worked with were so very compassionate and sweet to him. I couldn't have asked for more. Ladies, if you get to read this, my daughter and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for removing the stress from this heartbreaking day. I can't remember your names but it was a blond Dr and 2 brunettes- so very sweet. Thank you.
