My Current Doctor, Kyle Farrell has been assigned to a different position. Today I went to get my dog Jordies prescriptions refilled. insulin for her diabetics and Vetorly for her Cushings Disease and they refused to refill her medicine because my Doctor is out of town if you have a critically ill pet do not take the pet to BANFIELD.
RecommendedI have had to put down 2 pets in 3 years and both time they have been wonderful. They explain the process step by step and give you time between each one. They are extremely respectful and caring.
It was with a broken heart that we had to put our beloved dog down today. The staff were super understanding, they did not rush us and allowed us to stay as long as we needed. Couldn't be more grateful for awesome staff
Dr. Farrell is outstanding. By far the best vet you could ever hope for taking care of your babies.
Unfortunately they don’t care for your pet at this particular location. Don’t recommend.
The staff is great. They are very thorough and explain everything so that you can understand it. They show compassion for you and your pet.
I want to thank Banfield Pet Hospital. We had to make the extremely difficult decision to put our 15 year old puppy Storm to sleep. The staff was so kind and professional every step of the way. When we walked in, their attention was on us, our comfort and our beloved family pet. They gave us time to say goodbye and time to mourn. The perfect hands to take care of your 4 paws child!!!
Dr. Farrell, Erin, and both of the ladies at the front desk were wonderful and amazing for a very difficult visit I had with my cat, Bast. I highly recommend them and will establish my other two cats as patients here.
