my dog cut his foot and was bleeding, I am paying for a wellness plan so I brought him to the Everett location, the girl at the front desk in a really bad mood told me everyone was on lunch break and would start returning in 10 min, however, they were short on staff today, so it could take at least 3 hours for anyone to take a look on the dog. Very caring vets and vet assistants, which is probably why we've been going there for years with our dog and cats.
Dr. Koenig is an awesome Vet and the staff is very friendly. The Wellness Plan offered to help offset expenses for vaccines and routine checks is very affordable and a great service.
