This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I pay the monthly fees for two dogs and was charged $177.00 for check up and shots. My dog had an accident and needed help they could not see her for a couple days I took her to the emergency pet hospital. They were so good. I called Banfield for a recheck again she could not be seen for a couple days, I called The Pet Hospital in Bessemer City they say her that morning and didnt charge me an office visit because I had taken her to the emergency vet. Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The best doctors.. I truly love that they care enough to call and check on my Diesel.
