Our usual Banfield wasn't able to get our dog in to be seen. He had sudden blindness. Gastonia Banfield got us in and were able to take a look. We are referred now to a specialist. The staff at Banfield was amazing. They were so caring and understanding of how upset and freaked out we were. There wasn't too much they could do, but they did all they could. We appreciate it so much.
Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. I have 3 puppy's on the "plan" all three had accidents and I had to pay office visit fee each time, however two incidences since then have really put a sour taste in my mouth oldest cut his leg pretty bad about two hours before closing I was told he couldn't be seen, luckily I was able to get him to another vet in time. And just today my youngest was taken in obviously in pain and struggling to walk, saw her quickly while my girlfriend was made to sit in the waiting room! Comes back with a ch... read more
I had an appointment set up for today, the original time was 2:00. Yesterday they call and tell me my appointment is at 3:00. I go today at 3:00 and they tell me I'm an hour late and they cannot see me. That is absolutely ridiculous! They didn't even apologize for the mix up, the lady at the desk was so rude making it out to be my fault!
Titan was well taken care of and everything explained!
