RecommendedThey were awesome. I was very leary of going there because of what I've heard about them but my regular vet couldn't see my baby. Due to how my regular vet acted Banfield may be the only vet I have from now on!!!

We have had the Banfield pet plan for our cats and dogs for many years in Columbus, OH and now in Gastonia, NC. We have never had an issue getting in when there is a concern and have even had the vet call to check up. We are very pleased with the care our pets have received.
They love our dogs and take very good care of them when there. This time they worked us in because our Golden really need to be seen as soon as possible.
We had to make a hard decision with our dog! She’s been sick. Just let me say! Banfield Hospital is one of the most caring places to take your pet. They talk to you about everything when it comes down to what’s best. They take their time. There is no rushing to get you out. The doctors there have passion for their job and the pets that walk through the door. Thank you guys for everything you do.
