Truly the best care anyone could provide their pet(s). We love Dr. Kaas and Dr. Dapolito so much. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care they’ve provided for our pups over the years. All their staff are fabulous, techs, receptionists...everyone! �
Mercy and its staff are the best in the area, probably the state. Dr. Kass has been taking care of my animals for years, recently I've been seeing dr. Grimes because the only day I had available for appoints was Friday and usually Dr. Kass wasn't in. I love dr. Grimes, she is caring and thorough, answers any questions I might have and never rushes me. As long as there is a Mercy Animal Hospital I will continue to go there.
Like Marcie, we too had to have dental work done on our 10 year old cat, Callie. It was costly and I was told by others to "shop around." Well, I did NOT. I love the staff and vets there and the cost was worth the confidence I have in them and the peace of mind knowing our pets are getting the best care.

We have been going to Mercy for 40+ years and cannot praise Dick Kaas, Vicki DaPolito and Roberta Lawson enough. They have seen us through some really rough times over the years and I would not trust another vet other than those 3 to see to our furbabies! Also a plus are two of the front desk people....Kathy and Heather. They are a joy to work with and have become not only professional people but friends as well.
