I’ve been brining my animals to Mercy for 13+ years. Absolutely every single human that works there is the bees knees! They are all good, caring, decent people. I love them all! The doctors, the techs, the receptionists, and the management. They treat me with respect, and never have talked down to me. I have referred absolutely everyone I have met to come met the most amazing pet caring people out there!
We have been bringing our dogs to Mercy for over fifteen years, and we have always been impressed with their professionalism, compassion and efficiency in the the way they handle every person and pet. From Dr Kaas, Dr Dapolito, Ann, Helen right through to the rest of the staff, they take the time to examine conditions and explain the best options for keeping our pets healthy. There aren’t many services that provide as good care and value for what they charge. I can’t think of a better run practice.
This event happened a few months ago but I am still very bothered by it. When dropping off my daughters dog for surgery a lady named Helen talked to me. When she left the room I heard her say how she hates surgery! Appalling! I don't want anyone who hates surgery being involved with my dogs surgery! I almost opened the door to get her back, luckily she was fine when I picked her up. Also, when picking her up a larger set woman with short blond hair was very rude to me!
