Always had great dr.s for my pets. Took great care of our older pet. When he had to have help to cross the rainbow bridge they were wonderful and very caring at the time. Very patient and took great care to make sure they did what we wanted. Only down fall was one time I picked up my baby from getting procedure and she smelled terrible and the care taker did the offer to clean her up. With my pets going there often and the wellness plan we have good drs. For them at cheaper prices.
Both the staff and the care they give pets is wonderful...they helped keep my cat going for 20 years and when he recently passed away, the veterinarian had tears in her eyes...you can't get much better than that...I just received a condolence card signed by all the staff who have cared for my friend for many years. Thanks
If I could give less than one I would!! Got a prescription for my Jules from my vet who didn't have the meds at the time. Went to get them there, my vet said they could fill it. The woman tells me they couldn't because Banfield didn't have a relationship with my dog!! What kind of crap is that?!? You can't help a FUR BABY because you haven't seen her before?!?! Well now you NEVER will!!

Spent a good amount of time (10 minutes or so) on the phone with an associate about my sick guinea pig at the Wilmington, NC, location. They told me to come in first thing the next morning. My girlfriend got there, where she was told they don't treat guinea pigs. When we purchased the cavi's a while ago associates at PetSmart had told me we could see people at Banfield if we ever needed treatment. Now I am just hoping I can get into a place before my pig gets more sick or dies. Done with this place, and PetSmart.
Staff is friendly, however I hate the fact that when you are given a time for your appointment, you aren't seen at that time. My appointment was at 4pm and I'm still waiting for the vet to come in the room.. Once my pets health plan finishes, I am NOT going to renew. I'm soo switching vet clinics.
I took Nala, my 12 week old Australian Shepherd puppy for her first round of shots today & loved my whole experience. The staff seemed to love their jobs and were all SUPER FRIENDLY. I didn't have to wait long at all for my appointment. Dr. Evans was very informative and sweet. They were very gentle and loving with Nala. I signed up for the Wellness plan, which includes getting her fixed, check ups & many other awesome benefits. They are awesome! Love every member of the Wilmington team that has seen my dogs! Very happy costumer.
Wonderful and careing staff. They do an amazing job, by far the best expierence I've ever had with vets. It's more than just business, they treat you and your pets like family.
