In my whole 9 years of bringing my pets here i have never felt so neglected and upset! I’ve been calling all morning without getting an answer and when I finally did get an answer I was placed on hold for 15 minutes just to be told that my dog could not be seen today. Yesterday upon leaving we were told to call/ come back today if she was still having issues. Today is here and she can’t be seen!!! SMH What’s the point of being open and telling us to call/come if you refuse to see your patients!!!
I was told that I would only have to leave my Chelsea for her yearly exam and teeth cleaning, and that when she came for her check up in 6 months she wouldn't need to be dropped off. However when I called for check appointment, they said in room appointments are out till middle of August but if I could drop her off they could see her a month sooner on July 16th? REALLY! The care that my dog received was second to none. Very caring staff.

I did not have a long wait as most people seem to have experienced (but my appointment was on a Monday morning). The vet that examined my dog was extremely nice and so loving to my dog, as well as all of the employees. The facility looked clean and the price was reasonable. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!
I was told one thing on the phone, and then they ended up selling my husband something different when he went in for the visit. Total bait and switch. The girl who I spoke to when I went in to give them more money to cancel a plan that I never wanted said, "I don't mean this to be smart in any way, but no one made him sign up for it." Unbelievable. The staff is Fabulous ! Thank you for being so kind.
A total 180 with my dog my best friend my son if you will. They have helped me get his weight down in the matter of just a few months and helped me big time last night. The staff and Dr's are all awesome and over the top with knowledge and their outstanding service. Plus the monthly plan they have Jax man on is outstanding I have to say. It's a must for my animal owner that uses Banfield, as it's just a small monthly payment of piece of mind.
