RecommendedOur lil Max suddenly came down with a bad case of pancreatitis and the staff at Banfield took wonderful care of him. He is so much better today. Thank You to all who treated him!!
Terrible service. I would strongly recommend against using banfield as your vet. Their first priority is to make money, not care for your pet.

Can’t get through when trying to call. Literally, every time I call it 1) rings incessantly 2) gives me a busy tone like the line isn't even available 3) finally get through and the representative asks to put you on hold unless it’s an emergency, which results in sitting on hold for 10+ minutes. I pay for banfield pet insurance on both my dogs and would expect better customer service. Considering changing vets as I have other pet insurance options with my company.
Impossible to get through on the phone, care is cookie cutter for every pet, never can get a diagnose. Either they don’t want to do testing or they only do basic tests. I also can’t believe the waiting area is overlapping with things like adoption events, no wonder half the adopted animals are sick when you get them. There’s also only one entrance/exit to exam rooms which means animals can end up being nose to nose unintentionally.
They have lost personal care. The vets keep changing. So disappointed my cats have been with Banfield since they all were kittens. Three states and 14 yrs later. I will not bring my fur-babies back to Wilmington location. Horrible experience, witnessed management yelling at staff. They forgot to provide critical information we needed. All about the money not the pets.
I have had no problem getting my Maggie taken care of today visit was great.
me and my girlfriend, and puppy loved the experience. The doctors were super sweet and helpful and just wonderful to be around ! Would highly recommend them will be back
Had my dog neutered on Friday at my routine vet! On Sunday, complications arouse ! My vet not available! My daughter called here and they saw my dog! Treated us very friendly, reassuring and professional! Thank you !
