I've had an ongoing great experience with the team here, friendly folks at the desk and kind doctor.
They took care of my puppy I give them that but they give out false information about they wellness plan they don't tell u if u cancel u have to pay over 200 dollars they just tell u if u want to cancel u can cancel at anytime bull shit I'm so done with these people
Made an online appt . Took days for someone to call. They call Friday to let me know my Sunday appt was filled. I thought this was my confirmation call. Remove your online scheduling service such an inconvenience and hassle if it takes days for someone to call and confirm! Pointless !
Loved it here, very upset Dr. Ramos and Dr. Mead left the practice. Too much turnover here, considering leaving if we don't have any connection with the new doctor.
