Absolute worst experience ever. I didn't even want to give a star. As a long time pet owner, I've come to understand that at some point in time, an animal knows when it is time to pass. My husband and I brought our dog to the Edison location for about 2 years before we moved and boy do we miss it! The doctors were always happy to see our pup and treated her with kindness and sympathy no matter how nervous she was. The receptionists and nurses were amazing too. Overall the entire atmosphere felt like we were surrounded by people who honestly loved animals and i feel thats how a veterinary hospital should be
They have higher prices to sell everyone into their most cost effective "wellness package". It's a veterinary office. These are our pets...not cars who need oil changes. I feel vets have the upper hand because most people will spare no cost when it comes to their pets health.
