Do not take your dog to Banfield or any of your animals to Banfield all they do is Rob your money your pets told me nothing to them all they see dollar signs so I would advise nobody to use Banfield veterinarian if you have a Banfield account take them out of Banfield and create an account somewhere else because these people all they care about is your money if your animal dies all they want to do is continue making you pay for our plan that you're not using anymore when you call them to cancel they tell you they cannot canc... read more

Sadly hilarious that I needed to update a bad review to make it worse, but here we are. DO NOT USE BANFIELD. Further below you can see just one of our experiences using this location. Today, we were faced with the inability to call our local office regarding an eye infection our dog is experiencing. We pay $90/month for their pet plan and they cant even be bothered to answer the phone across 20 phone calls during the posted business hours on their own site. What are we even paying for?
