Banfield, Jeremy, and Dr. Reddy are amazing critter helpers! Rudy's teeth are clean, his nails are done, and we have a biospy of his booty issue (anal gland)...prayers it's nothing...

I love this location. I dropped my great dane Nova off this morning for dental. They actually gave me a quick tour of the facility since i was nervous about leaving her. Nicole (vet tech) is amazing and has taken her time with my shy girl. She also has spent time on the phone with me & reassuring me that Nova is in good hands. I am happy & at ease bc nicole is there and i know my baby is in good hands.
Not only do I love the staff at Banfield, but one of their client coordinators, Jeremy, is about the nicest person I've ever dealt with at a vet. I appreciate both their kindness and thoroughness at this location! **I'd like to amend my review to comment on both Laura Welter and Dr. Eidson. Just like Jeremy, they are incredible, kind, thorough, and very obviously committed to customer service. I can't express enough how much their extra attention to the care of our dogs' complex health needs has meant to our family.
