This was my first trip to this specific Banfield. I am an NC native, but we've been in Texas for a year now. While visiting family over Christmas, we decided we wanted to seek advice for our pup, Paisley. I've seen 6 vets, including the one here in Cary, seeking help for Paisley. Dr. Hurley listened to all of my concerns and gave us a solution. Paisley went in weighing around 32lbs 12/27/2017. We love them! My baby was there again yesterday, and everyone is fantastic, I keep recommending them because they have been wonderful to my pup. Poor Dr Hurley and Priya had their hands full with Kirk yesterday but they were excellent!!!
Banfield on Ten Ten has the absolute best staff! All of them are friendly, caring, and go above and beyond for their customers. They take excellent care of our fur babies and when I had to put one of my dogs to sleep they were wonderful. The staff actually really cares and wants the best for the animals and their families. Great job staff of Banfield on Ten Ten! You guys are awesome! Thank you for everything you do!

It was my first trip to a Banfield Hospital. The one in Cary on Kildaire-Ten Ten Rd was pleasantly staffed and short wait period. I thought they were very thorough and answered all our questions. I did find the prices for some services to be a bit high so I won't give it a 5 star rating due to that.
Banfield In Cary at Ten-Ten is awesome. You never have to sit and wait for hours. They pretty much stay on schedule. The staff is phenomenal and very caring.
We recently moved to the area and transfered our pet's information from a different Banfield. Everybody was wonderful to our pet and us. We will be returning!
