I have been bringing my cat for nail trims here for a few years, as my vet is closed on Sunday, which is the best day for me to bring him for nail trims. Today, they told me that they will be charging me an extra fee from now on, a "restraint fee" to do his nails. Why do they have no trouble sometimes, and other times terrible trouble? Same cat, different staff all the time. I won't be back.
First time bring our puppy for a check up. What makes this review so bad is because the veterinarian very opinionated about spaying or neutering an animal. Became very irritated and frustrated due to the fact that we wanted to wait. Also wasn't very happy about our high quality food. Proceeded to tell us that only two brands of food were the best for every dog. Also was very stern about how we were housebreaking our animal.
