I was in PetSmart and I noticed they had a vet and thought I’d give them a try .. I will not return. Customer service out front was lazy. ok bad day, I booked an appointment first available was a month out. I should have known better then to continue... We have been brining our 2 dogs here under their wellness plan for over 4 years. For us, this was a more affordable option versus a private veterinary office. I can't say enough good things. Not only have they always been willing to work with us financially, they are always kind and understanding with our sometimes many questions. Thank you to dr Lang, Kylie, and Ashley for helping my dog Lily. She has heartworms. They have taken good care of her. They are making sure that I am informed with everything with her treatment. Which is a very hard one. Everyone please make sure that you give your dog their meds every month to prevent them from getting heartworms. My dog is a rescue from LA. We didn't know she had it when she came up. With the help of Banfield my dog will be back to good health and run and play again.
We've had both of our dogs into plenty of other banfield locations and other veterinarians. This is by far the best location and vet experience that we have had. Staff is very friendly and always greet you as you arrive. They are great with our dogs. Dr. Lang is the best vet that we have had over the last 7 years. Our dog has always had issues with lethargy and rashes. We thought it was general laziness and allergies. Other vets diagnosed it as food allergies, and Dr. Lang was finally able to determine it was a thyroid issue... read more
