Rude front desk, the vets won’t talk to clients, refuses scripts for flee and tick because they need to see the pet because it’s been a year but can’t get an appointment anytime soon… so put my animals at risk for Lyme and heartworm instead- never going backÂ

Sheared my info with a shelter i was attempting to adopt a dog from, the shelter didn't see fit to communicate before calling ban field. The staff didn't this my privacy was important. They just gave my personal info and dogs medical history to a complete stranger! could have just given the info to a stalker/psycho/Serial Killer. Great way to protect my privacy and dogs safetyÂ
A little unhappy, called for a stool sample because one of my dogs has Giardia and Im sure the other dog (banfield patient) does. Wont see my dog or sample its poop till wednesday the earliest... seems like an easy thing to handle.Â
Get a doctor that will stay, and associates that are not rude to customers. Because I spoke my mind to them this place ignored my phone calls for three days when I was calling about my pet. This pet hospital just wants your money, they will do the same tests over and over again and charge you for it because the doctor is just too lazy to read the record of the animal. When Dr Miller was there this never went on, these doctors they have now are terrible. Take your pet somewhere else.Â
Ridiculous people just caring about a paycheck and not the animals.Â
