the nicest, most patient staff. Dr Lucas saw my 5mo. old bully pup today and I am highly impressed! I never knew they existed until I confused them w/Petco and saw their sign at the front of Petsmart. I see it as God sent for my mistake as it led me here and great care for Nala!! a new customer and I am so thankful for them!! 10 stars from me & I highly recommend them
My yorkie passed away today on a Sunday and I couldn’t find any place to take her. I called Banfield, not sure if they offered cremation and from the first phone call they were so polite and helpful. They offered me options to bring her there and they did a paw print & gave me a clipping of her hair. During this difficult time, They were so sweet & compassionate making it as easy as possible on me. Thank you to the ladies that were on staff today. You are amazing ❤️

5 stars!! Everyone was so friendly and prepared for our fur baby. Follow up care has always been great. They took so good care of our Magpie.
I love the folks at Carmia Way Banfield! The vets and vet techs are like family! My dogs and my cat are so at ease. I took a tour of the area in the back and it was spotless. They have been there for me when my Boston, Louie had to leave me way too soon. I recommend the friendly, loving and caring staff!��
Worst experience I've ever had! !!!! ,not even going to take the time to explain. Just read all the 1 star votes and believe it!!
This place is absolutely horrible. There should be an option for no stars
