Everyone be careful with them, two weeks ago I had an appt for my dog, I bought the preventive care for $519.00 I was told that would cover his teeth cleaning and removing a tag. Called today to set up a sick appt for our boxer who has had a terrible cough since friday. I was told there were no available appointments and I could just drop her off in the morning and have her sit in a kennel all day when she already doesn't feel good. I was also told by the person who answered the phone that she would be better off sitting in their kennel all day than at our home. We had to say goodbye to my little girl a few weeks ago. The other day, we had just gotten home and I said to y boyfriend that I am never going to get used to the quiet. When I got inside I looked at the mail. There was a card from Banfield. My first thought was how nice. Then I opened it. No emergency number to call during holiday while store is closed. Day after holiday, no appointments available for urgent need - my dog was bleeding and no one can see her for 4 days? Thumbs down! I wouldn't give a single star but have to select one in order to provide review.
