This location broke the camel’s back for us. Unprofessional on the phone and especially in person Very inconsistent holding their schedules. After 10 years we are done with the fast food of vets.
My friend brought her kitten here about two years ago for a check prior to her getting fixed (using the free first exam coupon) and seriously recommended that I bring my new kitten there. she said they checked her weight, tummy, teeth, everything that was necessary or what youd expect with an exam. I have been with Banfield for approximately 13 yrs. I have been to a couple other locations. Roseville is far the best location. Dr. Stewart is far the most knowledgeable and caring vet with the whole Banfield system. The staff is also goes above and beyond making your pet comfort and help cuts down the anxieties of the pet and the owners. My dogs will not see anyone else but Dr.Linda Stewart. She knows my pets history and my pets know her. Thank you Roseville for going above and beyond.
