Went last week Wednesday to Eden Prairie at 5:40 pm with a very sick 13 year old cat with a FVR flare crisis going on and I was turned away at the front desk, a full hour and twenty minutes before they closed because "they already had a critical case and an all staff meeting to conduct" quote unquote instead of even looking at my cat to see if he was even going to survive. What unprofessional handling. Will NEVER send people to this facility.

They told me on 2nd visit of wellness plan my puppy had neurological condition. still want balance of contract fter 122. and 76. nd 35.95 and killing puppy fee 117. thanks for sking me again after i had check ready for dropping dog off with low trauma to kid thnks for making us wait in waiting room to be sked about cremtion and urn AGAIN. UPSALE WHORES MY DOG IS DEAD @ VISITS U DONT DESERVE 700 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!! only 1 cuz cant do zeros. thanks for telling me this would be written off at store to have corporate mail me high... read more
