I was a very satisfied customer until 6 months ago when all the Doctors quit. As a result Banfield cuts back the Vet Tech’s hours when the Doctors are not fully staffed. I believe staff is quitting due to Banfield corporate policy that does not allow a work life balance. If you care about your pet think twice about Banfield. Dr. Norman and the staff at Eden Prairie Bainfield are awesome. We have been taking our 8 year old lab Lucky to them since she was a puppy. 2 weeks ago she had 5 fatty masses removed, one of them was pretty big. The staff knowing that we were extremely nervous helped put us to ease and just as they stated she is doing great. We highly recommend this facility to all pet owners and the wellness plan that they offer is great and very affordable. Once again thank-you Dr. Norman and the rest of the staff.
