First we made an appointment that took about 30 minutes on the phone because the lady was a complete idiot. Showed up the day and time of the appointment THAT WAS MADE AND CONFIRMED and we were told that it wasn't til the next day. The girl at the desk was one of the rudest people I've encountered. When we told her that our appointment was for today she said "I don't know what you want me to do about it, he isn't scheduled til tomorrow so you'll just have to come back."
