They’re absolutely horrible and don’t care for your pet. I took my 4 month old puppy there since he was super sick and was seeking immediate attention and they did nothing but run unnecessary testing and makes us wait for long periods of times for no reason. Then tried to charge us like $200 for the visit. Pup and I walked out of there with no medications or exactly knowing what was wrong wit him. Don’t take your pets here.
we took out dog to put down after her condition worsened. They said we would jave her ashes in a few days well they lost her i mean. they have absolutely no idea where she is her ashes her body anything at all. they have pretty much told us to bad to sad. we are heart broken and we now are without her and they took the money. this is bogus and we will be reaching out to the news and as far as we can go until we get answers. this is completely unacceptable!!!!
Dr. Hones is THE best Dr. around! (Crest line location) She has helped us with our last dog with the last year of his life to the passing of our dog in February and now our new puppy! She has the worlds biggest heart for these animals that come into her clinic. She cares about them and their human family’s and makes them feel welcomed! We were led to Banfield a few years back when our lab got sick ! They helped us through the passing of our pet! Now we have two small dogs and they have helped us through the wellness program which we are totally satisfied !😊
I have had all 3 of my pets there and I have always had super awesome service. Dr. Hone, Dr.G, Taylor, Ashley, Brooke, Marilyn and everyone else. Thank you for all you do keeping my fur babies healthy!
I absolutely love this location and Dr. Hone is the best! She goes above and beyond for our little doggie.
My Honey was diagnosed with Lymphoma.. over a yr ago and everytime we go for a ck up.. they are very empathetic and treat us both with loving arms.. both of my dogs are on the wellness plan and they are diligent to get them in there for their check ups..
PSA: DON' T GO TO BANFIELD ON CRESTLINE IN LITTLETON!!!!!! They will never contact you about your pets test results. I've called THREE times and the doctor was either on lunch or already in surgery with another patient. I've already had to wait a week for them to call me back. It should only take a day or two. I've yet to get a call back.
