I took my Golden Retriever, Cinnamon, for a comprehensive check-up. The poor receptionist was on the phone and I can tell was being screamed at by someone. Although she was being insulted by the person on the phone, she kept her composure and even told the person to have a nice day. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

I cancelled my pets plan.. I got to my appointment 15 min early and was told my pet could not be checked in yet since I was a little too early.. I was suggested to walk around the store.. Came back at 3:00pm sharp they have 4 rooms and 3 were taken.. 4 pets were seen before my pet was, they put me in a room and it took 50min for someone to even acknowledge us, she was quick just took weight and left...
