I love Dr. Cooper at this office! I take my kitten and puppy here and he is great with them! The staff is always there to answer questions and are so friendly!
I have used Banfield in Portland and here in Las Vegas. The staff has always been caring and professional. I was a little early, just prior to opening and they let me come in and wait. They always call the next day to check on my pet and having the wellness plan saved me tons of money for the spay and for the check ups and every time I need to see the vet.
The staff is pleasant, the doctors knowledgeable and helpful. We have had their wellness plans for years, and find it saves us money, especially on dental exams. They are responsive to our phone calls, and always call us the day after an appointment to check on how the animal is doing. The only negative is that we usually have to wait to see the doctor.
