All 3 of my dogs go here and the staff is very friendly every time I bring them in. The vets are very good at keeping me updated on my pets when they are dropped off and are very good at keeping me informed of what my pets need.
Loved the whole staff and the location! We relocated from Alexandria, VA, have had wellness plans for over 15 years, and we were so excited to find the same caring and professional type of staff we have dealt with for 18+ years at the Norfolk Banfield. We had gone to the Chesapeake location at first and found it to be dingy and dated...we also didn't get the same warm and fuzzy feeling from the staff we had always been used to. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Banfields staff is a JOKE. My pet almost died yesterday and when I needed to talk to his vet "they don't handle those kind of situations" your a vet? Aren't you supposed to help? What am I paying you each month for?
WARNING! I HAVE HAD A BANFIELD WELLNESS PLAN FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS! MY DOG LEFT IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN HE WENT IN. I HAVE PICTURES FOR PROOF!
