a few weeks back my pup wasn't herself. I brought her in without an appointment and she was taken right back to see her vet, they did everything to think of to see what was wrong with her. come to find out she had just broke a nail, they trimmed all of her nails for her. They treated Harley with so much love and care. I am grateful for the staff here.
The veterinarian who my dog saw was very caring. Lisa who came from Greenbriar is very helpful. But Maggie is a hateful and beyond disrespectful human being. She has business working with animals.
I hate Banfield. I am going to find a decent veterinarian who cares about people and animals. My doc is sick today so I tried to walk in and was prepared to wait since I didn't have an appointment. Nope, no chance of seeing dr today because we can't take walkins. How about tomorrow I said. Nope we are booked for months in advance, we have millions of customers. Banfield SUCKS!!!!!! I am going to see about finding a family business to support.
I took my new puppy for her first puppy check and the whole staff was great, LOVE Dr. Nishma Bakrania, she is my babies doctor from now on. I have had other furry babies go to Banfield at a different location, also my mom's dog, they also have been great!
