Unbelievable service fail. The front staff need to communicate with the customers in the waiting area instead of turning their backs. Updates or just a brief acknowledgement that we are there waiting would go miles. This is a vet where we pay premium prices and shouldn't be treated like we r in a welfare office. DMV treats us better. Furthermore dont tell a pet parent to rush their pet in and get them worried and then ignore them for over 2 hours. Unacceptable.
Dr. Conner is the best pet doctor I've ever had. Even followed her when she moved stores, and still drive 30+ miles to take our dogs to see her, even though Vacaville is only about 7 miles away from our new house. Every pet we have from now on will see Dr. Conner.

First time customer and I have to say I love Banfield! My pup Diego seen Dr. Quinley and she was awesome! We told her we were first time dog owners and she explained everything so thoroughly. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
Dr. Quinley is the absolute best. She helped me through my sweet dog's death last year and I'm grateful for everything she did for me. Now, I'm happy to say she is my new dog's vet. The entire staff are friendly and caring. I love these folks. :)
Dr. Aneesa is the BEST. He loves animals and you can tell. He never tries to upsell me on either of my pets. When we adopted our Pitt, she was in very bad shape. He helped us nurse her back to 100%! The rest of the staff is always very patient and kind. Wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
