I am VERY UP SET AND DISAPPOINTED, if I could give them a negative 10, that will be my rating. I brought my dog into the hospital because periodically he was wheezing, coughing and shortening of breathe, on Tues 12 May, he was seen by Dr. Kissel. His appointment was at 9:00, I called to check on him 2 hours later and he hadn't been seen yet. Recommendedamazing staff is where it all starts. I truly appreciate the fact that they know my animals and ask about the ones they aren't seeing. They take great care of their patients and the fur moms and dads.
I no longer recommend this pet hospital. They now upsell more than care about what my dogs and cat really need. too corporate and not enough customer service.
I love this hospital. We’ve been using them for 11 years, since my dog was a baby. They are very good with all breeds of dogs and especially mine who has anxiety. Thank you Banfield!
Dr. Conner was absolutely amazing. Dino was hurting and she was able to get to the problem and resolve it!
Dr. Anissa is awesome! He truly cares about your pets and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why and he is very gentle with the fur kids.
I used to love it here but things changed. Every visit here its always a new Dr eventhough they asked you on your previous visit if you want to see the same Dr. Every Dr came up with something different. All they want is money smh. They always try to sell you the most expensive rx they have. They dont care about your pet.
