I love it here! We started going here with my first puppy, Bella in 2011, and now with our new puppy, Buckeye. Too bad my pups cannot appreciate how amazing Dr. Tufts and her staff are, but our family does! Always attentive, always available. My new puppy about split her stitches being way too active after surgery - even though her morning was full with surgeries, Dr Tufts had me bring her in and drop her off so she could assess her between patients! Above and beyond.
So thankful for Dr Tufts, she has truly saved my charlee....I completely trust her. Special shout out to Dawn who is always there to listen....
Nicky saw Dr. Tufts today. She was so friendly and caring. Treated Nicky very kind!! The vet tech was just as friendly(I can't remember his name). I am glad I brought him there. Highly recommended and will continue to take Nicky there. The staff were all so friendly as well!!! Thank you.
The staff at Banfield is good, but their service is pretty poor. My dog has been enrolled in the Banfield Optimum Wellness Plan since she was a puppy. I took her to get groomed today only to be told her rabies vaccine had expired. I called Banfield and was told" Oh yeah, Charlie's rabies expired on the 18th. You are in our list to call. She then proceeded to tell me that they would wait until Charlie's next comprehensive exam in February! Two months without a rabies vaccine is against the law in Ohio. They handled taking care of my beloved cat's remains with care and compassion today. It meant a lot that they gave me their full attention and were so kind.
Great service and very friendly staff! Would gladly recommend them to anyone.
I cannot begin to express how much I love Dr. Tufts and all of the ladies at Banfield. They truly care and treat us like family. I am so lucky to have found a vet that care and that our dogs love as much as we do ❤️
Willoughby is always so accommodating and always allows for squeeze in appointments! The doctors are understanding for my high energy and difficult dog! They never push too far and always allow for him to be ready for any tests or anything that is protocol. Thank you!
