Love the entire staff.. Sonja...all so sweet with my dog...
Will not be going back here ever again. They told me my puppy had worms and I didn’t believe them and took him to another vet and they said you were lied to. Then I took my cat in the following week and they said he has a heart murmur which could be that he is scared but that I should pay $700+ for an echocardiogram. I don’t trust anyone here and I will not return. I will be canceling my wellness plan or attempting to go to another location. Do not go here!
Do not bring your pets here and DO NOT sign them up for the comprehensive package. We had to put our dog down yesterday(took him somewhere else) and tried to cancel our wellness plan and they told me I can’t until Aug when our plan is up. I was told it’s not insurance just a program so we still have to pay $45 ish a month until Aug. Completely unacceptable, they could care less about your pets as well. Read the fine print because they obviously aren’t going to tell you that!
worst experience. My dog has seasonal allergies. Prednisone clears it up. Vet had my dog for 5 hours, refused to treat without hundreds in tests. Indicated that she was concerned about long term damage. my dog is 15 years old. He doesn't have a long term! Then they argued that my dog wasn't that old! Seriously? Avoid Banfield...
I love them! They're so nice and helpful and get us in same day if needed.
Very upset this last year with the vet staff. Dr Tufts left and they refused to tell me where she went (Big Creek if anyone is curious). The new vets were not very informative and seemed upset when I asked questions. Receptionists are always super nice!
