I have both my dogs on wellness plans and they've saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. The doctors and techs are absolutely incredible to work with (at Roseville Square, anyway). They respect that we don't give our dogs greenies and they have never tried to prescribe something that isn't necessary. They give us options, they take incredible care of my boys, and I'll never take my animals anywhere other than Banfield.
Cheyenne, my kitty, and I had a wonderful experience. Being a first time patient I knew to take documents from our prior veterinarian. The staff and veterinarian took substantial time with us to visit with us and answered all my questions. And, Cheyenne who typically hides from strangers actually enjoyed her visit.
New to the area, we didn't know where to take our sick dog. We are Glad we found Banfield. Clean facility, very friendly staff. With no appointment they took him right in.
During a 2 week period, my French bulldog, Bully, was very sick & needed to be seen often & this location always got him in, even when we didn't have an appointment. We were repeatedly seen by several awesome vets, Dr. Knapp, Dr. Pettit, & Dr. Wright, several vet techs, & receptionists; they were all amazing--caring, knowledgeable, & friendly. In addition, one vet tech, Katie, was super awesome!!
Since I actually read my agreement, I'm not surprised by the negative comments. I know my plan will automatically renew, and after pricing around, I really feel I'm getting at minimum what I pay for, sometimes I'm getting more. I'm paying for convenience of knowing all preventative care is handled, and when my animals need medical help, I don't have to pay $100 like at a regular vet plus meds and treatment. I wish I could get out of my plan now. They take out $20+ more then what is due every month out of my account. It's absolutely ridiculous!! I didn't sign up for this, and another thing my dog has never had any sleeping problems until I brought him into Banfield. Now for the past 5 months he's been highly medicated because all of the medication they are prescribing him. I can't believe it! What a waste of money and time.
